CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Deposit Policy ☐ I understand that delivering the best care is a priority, and a deposit of 30% is required to secure my appointment. ☐ I understand that this deposit will be deducted from my session charges. ☐ I acknowledge that J Brows Beauty LLC accepts payments from: Cash, Credit/Debit cards, (Visa, Mastercard), and Apple Pay. All card payments are securely processed through GlossGenius. Cancellation Policy ☐ I agree to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. My deposit can be refunded or applied to a future appointment. ☐ I understand that cancellations made less than 48 hours before my appointment will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrival Policy ☐ I understand that I should arrive 5–10 minutes early. ☐ I understand that if I arrive more than 15 minutes late, my appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the full fee will still apply. No-Show Policy ☐ I understand that missing my appointment without notice, or arriving excessively late, will result in a no-show. ☐ I acknowledge that my deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show. Emergency Situations ☐ I understand that exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, and fees may be waived at the discretion of J Brows Beauty LLC.
